6-story residential building completed in 1911. Designed by Charles B. Meyers, it has a white-stuccoed storefront, with five floors of brown brick above, embellished with brick quoins at the outer edges of the front wall. The windows all have splayed brick lintels with keystones, and the building is crowned with a cornice in which large brackets alternate with groups of consoles. The central fire escape displays some attractive wrought ironwork, and the central doorway below it, flanked by stores, has an ornamental stone frame with cornice supported by brackets. The ground floor is occupied by Overbey & Dunn furnishings, and Christopher 19 jewelry.
