A pair of joined 3-story residential buildings originally completed in 1827 as 2-story rowhouses. They were originally part of a row of ten red-brick houses. The third floor was added in 1872. These houses have acquired a quite individual appearance, with the later addition of sheetmetal roof cornices, supported by small paired Neo-Grec brackets, echoed by a similar treatment in diminutive scale at the lintels above the windows.
