10-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1950. Designed by H. Herbert Lilien, it has a 4-bay, forward-projected central section with corner windows. On either side are two additional bays, plus narrow single-windows at the north end. The entire facade is clad in red brick, except the first floor of the center section, which is faced in white stone with reeded or convex horizontal grooves.
