4-story residential building completed in 1889 as a tenement, later altered to its current state to a design by A. B. Ogden & Son. It is clad in dark-red brick and brown terra-cotta with prominent stone window lintels at the three bays, and round-arched windows with keystones at the top floor. The building is crowned by a stepped, wooden roof cornice.

The ground floor is occupied by Groom-O-Rama pet store.
