8-story residential building completed in 1910. Designed by Browne & Almitory, it is four bays wide, and has a stone first floor containing an entranceway where three pairs of coupled columns, supporting the entablature, flank the entrance door and a window. The windows of the third floor are set under low brick arches in a red brick wall where header courses alternate with runners.

The windows of the two central bays project slightly forward, thus simulating bay windows. The next floor has low windows set between horizontal band courses and stone panels with brick frames between the windows. A stone balcony with white metal railing fronts the two center window bays at the fifth floor. Above this level is a simpler treatment, culminating in two additional floors above the cornice above the sixth story.
