7-story residential building completed in 1902. It is clad in white and red brick, with stone at the first floor. The entrance porch features paired columns with modified Ionic capitals. The 2nd floor is banded with white brick, and has stone brackets supporting a stone cornice and balustrades below the 3rd-floor windows. The upper floors have red brick piers, with bays of white brick and paired windows in between, topped by stone escutcheons at the 6th floor. The top-floor windows have full stone enframements with keystones. The roof cornice has been removed, and an iron fire escape runs down the center of the facade.
