5-story residential building completed in 1842 as a townhouse for Zebediah Cook, Jr. A 2-story storefront was added around 1900, framed by red brick piers. The upper floors are clad in light grey-painted brick; the three bays of windows have stone sills and lintels painted the same color. The attic floor has the low casement windows typical of the Greek Revival style. There are small fire escape landings at the 3rd & 4th floors. The ground floor is occupied by Burger Joint.
