5-story residential building completed in 1845 as a townhouse for J.B. Herrick. A 2-story storefront was added around 1900, now painted black on the ground level and light brown on the 2nd floor. The upper floors are clad in tan-painted brick, with three bays of windows. The attic floor has the low casement windows typical of the Greek Revival style. These windows are cut into the wood fascia board of the black roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Pour George bar, and Lily's Spa is on the second floor.
