4-story residential building completed in 1908. The buff-colored brick facade is similar to the taller building at No. 39. It is clad in beige brick above a metal and glass storefront, and has wide bands of five windows with wooden mullions at each floor. At the top of the facade is a small, angled metal roof, with a parapet above. The ground floor is occupied by Uncle Sam's Army-Navy store.
