9-story residential building completed in 1910, although the top floor was added several years later. The buff-colored brick facade is similar to that of the neighboring building at No. 37, with bands of windows at each floor separated by wood mullions. There are three panes at the 2nd floor, with four panes on each floor above, except for the newer top floors, which has six smaller windows. The ground floor is occupied by Da Vinci shoes.
