6-story residential building completed in 1915. Designed by Gronenberg & Leuchtag. The 2nd through 5th floors are clad in simple beige brick, while the top floor is embellished by simple terra-cotta ornament and an ornamented brick parapet. The apartments are accessed via an arched entry on West 11th Street. A white metal fire escape runs down the right half of the Sixth Avenue facade, with a black metal fire escape on the angled wall at the northeast corner. The ground floor is occupied by French Roast coffee shop.
