4-story residential building originally completed in 1835 as a 3-story rowhouse. It is three bays wide and clad in red-painted brick, except for the fourth floor, which was added sometime around 1980, above the bracketed cornice. This floor is clad in white stone, with a 5-sectioned window band, and supports a rooftop deck. The ground floor is occupied by Jerri's Cleaners.
