It was converted to commercial use with an additional floor and new tan brick facade with large studio windows over a 2-story storefront in 1931. The building is topped by a peaked parapet with three colored diamond-shaped in a panel, and a stone coping. The ground floor is occupied by Blue Mercury spa, with Uptown Pilates on the 2nd floor.
