4-story commercial building completed sometime around the 1870s. It is clad in red-painted brick, and received numerous facade alterations, including in 1913 and 1934. The east elevation facing the avenue is three bays wide; the south facade has six bays of regular-sized openings, and another bay of small bathroom windows near the west end. The easternmost bay has been bricked-in, and the two westernmost bays on the 2nd floor joined with a tripartite window. A large metal vent pipe runs up this facade, with a metal fire escape to its left. Both facades are crowned by a brown metal modillioned roof cornice.

In the 1990s the upper floors were busted as a brothel. The ground floor is occupied by Luz Shoe Repair, 755 Nails, and 2 Bros. Pizza.
