5-story Queen Anne-style mercantile building completed in 1885. Designed by Henry E. Kilburn as a 4-story store and dwelling, its upper floors were divided into apartments in 1922, and are now occupied by commercial lofts. The largely-altered 2-story base contains a non-historic entryway to the upper floors at the right side under a metal triangular pediment. There are historic show windows on the 2nd floor, with rounded corners and green-painted framing.

The upper floors are clad in red-painted brick with light-grey painted keyed brownstone surrounds. At the 3rd & 4th floors there are paired windows at the left side, and a bay of single-windows on the right. The paired windows have tan, carved terra-cotta spandrel panels between the two floors, and there is a a tan, rounded and fluted sill element at the 4th-floor western window. Both of the single windows, and the 4th-floor paired windows have projecting hoods. A narrow string course sets off the top floor, which has three bays of single-windows with projecting hoods. The facade is crowned by a dark-green bracketed and denticulated brownstone roof cornice with an egg-and-dart molding. The ground floor is occupied by Ulivo restaurant, with Renew Body & Mind Spa on the 2nd floor.
