5-story Italianate residential building completed in 1854 as a brownstone rowhouse for John S. Myers. By the early 20th century, the building's 1st floor had been lowered to street level and a storefront was installed. The ground floor is now clad in orange tiles, with the entrance to the upper floors on the right, and the storefront entrance on the left.

The upper floors are clad in brownstone, painted light-grey, two bays wide. The facade is slightly set back between the two neighboring building and above the ground floor, creating a small terrace with a wrought-iron railing. The windows are taller on the 2nd & 3rd floors than on the top two. They all have molded surrounds, except the top floors, which has simple stone surrounds. The 2nd, 3rd & 5th floors have cornices above the windows, and the 3rd & 5th floors also have bracketed sills. Between the windows at each floor is a cutout for air-conditioning units. The facade is crowned by a black, bracketed, pressed-metal roof cornice with foliated frieze. The ground floor is occupied by Urban Active Wear, and Nortronics NYC novelties.
