USA / New Jersey / West New York / New York City, New York / Broadway, 1180
Second Empire (architecture), commercial building, Renaissance Revival (architecture)

5-story Renaissance-revival cast-iron mercantile building completed in 1870. Designed by Stephen Decatur Hatch as a store and showrooms building, its ground floor was replaced in the mid-1900s by a metal-and-glass storefront and entrance. The white-painted cast-iron upper floors have three bays with banded and paneled piers and columns with molded caps, projecting moldings, and curved window heads. The facade is crowned by a white, bracketed, pressed-metal roof cornice.

By 1890, the building was occupied as a hotel; the Poland Spring Company owned the building in the early 20th century. The ground floor is occupied by Delta Fashion.
