4-story mercantile building originally completed in the mid-1800s as part of the Coleman House hotel complex; it had been converted to stores and offices by 1901. In 1926, architect Herman Wolff designed a new front for the Witt Treena Realty Co. The facade has been altered again since then. It is faced in beige smooth stucco. The ground floor has a small entrance at the south end, and two narrow storefronts with recessed entries to the north. The upper floors have bands of triple-windows; at the top is a gabled roof parapet with a central cartouche. The south elevation is plain red brick and concrete.
