5-story mercantile building completed in 1854 as an Italianate rowhouse. Its lower floors were converted to stores in the late 1800s; later in the 1900s, the entire building was converted to commercial purposes. The 3-bay facade was renovated again in 2017, and now is clad in red brick. The ground floor is grey-green metal and stone, with an entrance to the upper floors on the left with a glass-and-wood door. To the north is a storefront with a plate-glass show-window and an entrance at the north end with another wood-and-glass door.

The 2nd floor has a tripartite studio window topped by a grey-green metal cornice; the upper floors have simple stone sills and metal cornices on the windows (the cornices are missing from the top-floor windows). The facade is crowned by a new grey-green metal roof cornice with brackets alternating with rosettes. The ground floor is occupied by Elite Aesthetics MedSpa.
