5-story Italianate mercantile building completed in 1869. Designed by Peter L.P. Tostevin as a store-and-loft building. The facade is composed of cast-iron, which is rare on the Bowery. It features Corinthian columns and a classical cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Full House Cafe.
