Historic Italianate-style house and farm complex dating to between 1853 and 1857. The house was built by Richard Henry Dulany, a Confederate army colonel. Dulany was the founder of the Upperville Colt & Horse Show, which is still held every year. The property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
