Historic farm complex dating originally to about 1791. There are many structures on the property, including four residences:

- Fountain Hill House - c. 1791
- Blue Ridge Farmhouse - 1935
- Crawford House - c. 1903
- Byington House - c. 1903

There are numerous other historically significant buildings on the property, most being part of the horse breeding business of the farm, which was begun in 1903. The farm once encompassed about 1,000 acres but its present size is 517 acres. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
