7-story residential building completed in 1911. Designed by Emery Roth as a store-and-loft building, its ground floor is faced with dark green marble, while the 2nd floor is faced with burnt-orange molded brick. A frieze of white brick in a diamond pattern separates each story. A thin cornice projects between the 6th- and 7th-floor windows and the peaked gable that crowns the building. It was converted to residential sometime in the late 1900s. The ground floor is occupied by Schweiger dermatology.
