134-foot, 10-story Art-Noveau residential building completed in 1904. Designed by Israels & Harder as a store-and-loft building, it was converted to residential sometime in the late 1900s. It is clad in red brick above a 2-story stone base. The facade is organized in two bays, with the base surmounted by a paneled frieze. The 2nd-floor windows are organized in a tripartite grouping with a large single-pane window flanked by vertically-oriented, double-pane windows, all under multi-lite transoms.

Above the base, terra-cotta quoins of alternating flower and geometric shapes flank the facade. Above the base each bay contains a tripartite window group. Elaborate terra-cotta cartouches adorn the spandrels between the windows. The bays terminate in curved, stepped gables containing lunette openings with operable sash. The ground floor is occupied by Kyma Greek restaurant.
