152-foot, 12-story Beaux-Arts residential building completed in 1906. Designed by Buchman & Fox as a store-and-loft building, its 2-story limestone base has end bays, each with a segmental-arched entrance surmounted by a cornice with consoles and garlands. On the 7-story shaft, end bays of coursed brick are pierced by one opening per floor; those on the 3rd floor have rounded stone "pediments" with keystones, and the others have prominent stone sills. These bays frame bands of four windows separated by paneled pilasters and by embellished metal panels. Above the 3rd floor, they have patterned metal railings. A cartouche with a man's head crowns the uppermost story of the shaft.

The 3-story top is composed of five bays separated by pilasters. The 10th floor has five windows alternating with brackets, the 11th floor has windows with cornices pierced by keystones, and the 12th floor has simple window openings. The cornice was removed in the 1980s, leaving a bare parapet. It was converted to residential sometime in the late 1900s. The ground floor is occupied by Entiere Dermatology.
