6-story Renaissance-revival office building completed in 1894. Designed by Alfred Zucker, it is faced in light-colored brick and stone. The modern, white-painted ground-floor storefront has a wide central window flanked by doorways. In front stand two original columns with broad acanthus-leaf capitals surmounted by a decorative band. A second band, of diminutive corbels, supports the 2nd-floor windows which align with the openings below. The intermediate piers are encrusted with acanthus leaves.

A tall and relatively shallow cornice separates the lower section of the facade from the four floors above, where coursely textured bricks create a quoining effect in contrast to the remainder of the smooth brick surface. The four bays of rectangular, beveled openings are spanned by flat, brick arches, except at the 6th floor where round-arched openings are used. A black metal balcony extends from the 4th floor and originally displayed the words "THE CORNDIAC", which have since been removed. A black metal bracketed and dentiled roof cornice caps the facade. The ground floor is occupied by Abercrombie & Fitch, with Eva Scrivo Salon on the 2nd floor.
