3-story brick mercantile building originally completed in 1843 as a townhouse. In 1888 a storefront was constructed for owner George H. Warren, and the building housed a hairdresser and apartments. Both lower stories were altered in 1906, with tenants then including a tailor and confectioner. The existing storefront with arched top dates from a 1951 renovation, but was updated in 2015. The upper floors are clad in red brick, with a tripartite show window at the 2nd floor, and three single-windows with flat stone lintels at the 3rd floor. The building is now occupied by Madura boutique.
