Building housed glassmaking and metalworking operations for Louis Comfort Tiffany c. 1901. It was here that Tiffany carried out experiments in glass colors and pottery glazing and perfected techniques of assembling stain-glass windows. Tiffany Studios filled for bankruptcy in 1932. Ownership taken over by Roman Bronze Works. The building was demolished in 2013.
