Building B of the Brooklyn Army Terminal complex designed c. 1919 by designed by renowned architect Cass Gilbert. It was used as an intermodal rail and marine terminal to facilitate the movement of troops and supplies during WWI. While the atrium is vacant, it is still equipped with historic cranes and a repainted vintage Long Island Railroad bar car moved in the 1970's for scenic purposes.

While not open to the public, access is offered through Turnstile Tours and yearly for free through the Open House New York festival.
