11-story modern residential building completed in 2008 for Gold Development. Designed by Deborah Berke & Partners, the building spans four bays across. It has a 1-story glass and zinc base, with the 2nd through 7th floors faced in dark grey granite with some of the narrower windows canted at an angle. The top floors are set back from the street, and have a glass and zinc curtain wall.
