12-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1903. Designed by Rossiter & Wright (partnership of Ehrick Kensett Rossiter and Frank A. Wright) as a store-and-loft building with a brick, terra-cotta and limestone facade, it has a 2-story base that is divided into eight bays of large, double-height round-arches on Bond Street, and two more wider, segmental-arches on Broadway, with a narrow southern bay that contains the main entrance on the ground floor and a small round-arched window on the 2nd floor. The entrance is set below an entablature supported by large scrolled brackets; above the entablature is a fanlight with a decorative bronze screen, topped by a floral stone carvings, and flanked by a pair of stone spheres.
The piers between the arches are limestone and capped with Greek-fret motifs; the darker colored stonework around the arches is rusticated, with a scrolled keystones at the apex of each arch, just below a modillioned and dentiled cornice. The 3rd floor is white brick, while the 4th-9th are clad in red brick; each of the brick floors has horizontal rustications. On Bond Street each bay has three windows, except for the single-window end bays; on Broadway, there are two bays with paired windows, and single-windows bays at the ends and in the middle. A stone cornice sets of the upper floors from the 3rd; these floors have splayed stone lintels on the windows. A projecting modillioned cornice sets off the top three floors, which are clad in limestone. They have paired windows in each bay instead of the three windows seen below, except for the single-window end bays. The 11th-floor windows are round-arched, with keystones. A black metal projecting cornice separates the top floor. The facade is crowned by a prominent terra-cotta cornice with dentils and cartouches. There is a round water tower on the northwest corner of the roof.
The building continued to house various small manufacturers well into the 20th century, and was converted to condominiums in the 1990s. The ground floor is occupied by a TD Bank branch.
