5-story office building completed in 1876. Designed by Theo A. Tribet as a store, it is painted light-grey and has square cast-iron pilasters at the edges of each 3-bay floor, with rounded columns in the middle. Each floor is topped by a projecting cornice, and the facade is painted grey, except for the ground floor which is white. A metal fire escape runs down the right two-thirds of the facade, which is topped by a bracketed metal roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Keetsa eco-friendly mattresses.
