4-story office building completed in 1868. Designed by Henry Fernbach as a store and storehouse, it is clad in red brick. There is a shallow arch expressed in the brick above the ground floor. The windows have stone sills and lintels, and a black metal fire escape runs down the left half of the facade. The roof line is capped by a green copper bracketed cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Babeland sex toys.
