3-story white-brick mercantile building erected about 1821 as a dwelling and/or store. Was probably two houses originally, altered for commercial purposes. The facade is clad in white-painted brick, six bays across. The windows have flat stone sills and lintels, and a dentiled cornice caps the building. A metal fire escape runs across two bays of the upper floors.
