4-story mercantile building completed in 1860 as a store and tenement. It is clad in red brick with three bays of segmental-arched brownstone window enframements, now painted white. A dentiled cornice caps the roof line. In the early 2000s it housed the Kidrobot Pirate Store, where the art toy and clothing store had a temporary home while moving. Currently, the building is occupied by Techno Gym exercise equipment.
