5-story French-Renaissance cast-iron office building completed in 1869. Designed by Griffith Thomas as a store and warehouse, it has a white cast-iron storefront with ornate Corinthian pilasters and fluted columns, divided into six bays. The ground floor is capped by a modillioned and dentiled cornice. The upper floors are clad in brownstone, with segmental-arched windows. The northern bay has been filled in. A metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is crowned by a modillioned roof cornice with a triangular pediment in the center. The ground floor is occupied by Flou USA Italian bedding, and Ron Ben-Israel Cakes.
