6-story office building completed in 1866 as a store-and-loft building. The ground floor is cast-iron, painted white, with square pilasters and Corinthian columns. The entire facade is organized into six bays. The upper floors are clad in red brick, with black stone quoins at the edges, and thin black stone sill courses across each floor. The windows also have black metal cornices. A green-painted metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is topped by a bracketed roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Jonathan Adler pottery and housewares, and Luce Plan Italian lighting.
