2-story office building completed in 1878. Designed by J. Webb & Son as a 4-story store, it was reduced to two floors in early 1900s. It is composed of white-painted cast-iron, with a tall parapet above the 2nd floor. Both floors have outer pilasters and inner columns dividing the facade into three bays. The ground-floor columns have fluted bases.
