5-story Romanesque-revival office building completed in 1884, renovated in 2003. Designed by Julius Kastner as a store, it is clad in red brick. The windows are segmental-arched, topped by brick lintels, with stone band courses connecting the sills on the 2nd, 3rd & 5th floors. The 2nd floor facing Grand Street has a three-pane projecting window bay, framed in brown cast-iron. The window bays above are also cast-iron, but do not project. The top-floor windows are round-arched, with brick headers. The ground floor is occupied by Facial Index eyewear.
