5-story office building completed in 1867. Designed by Griffith Thomas as a store and warehouse, it has a white cast-iron and stone storefront with Corinthian columns at the end pavilion entrances on Green Street, and all along Grand Street, capped by a modillioned cornice. The upper floors on Grand Street (spanning nine bays), as well as a 2-bay return on Greene Street, are clad in brownstone with segmental-arched windows. The bays are separated by squared pilasters and the floors by cornices with corbels below the piers.

The upper floors are clad in red brick along Greene Street, with nine bays of narrower segmental-arched windows joined by continuous stone sill courses. The simple roof cornice that runs along Greene gives way to a larger bracketed and modillioned cornice above the stone section, and is crowned by an Italianate triangular pediment facing Grand Street. A large, round water tower is visible on the roof, to the right of the pediment. The ground floor is occupied by Lucky Brand Jeans, and Ivan Grundahl gallery.
