5-story Romanesque-revival office building completed in 1882 as a store. It is clad in dark red brick above a cream-colored cast-iron storefront. The 2nd-4th floors have triple windows with cornices on the left and a round-arched window with keystone on the right side of the facade. The top-floor triple window is segmental-arched, with a circular oriel window on the right, below a projecting roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Gilles Lorain gallery.
