4-story mercantile building completed in 1824 as a dwelling. It is clad in pink-painted brick. The building's mansard roof, topped by a wrought-iron fence, was added in the 1860s. The Canal Street facade has three bays of windows, with two peaked dormers at the mansard, while the West Broadway side has eight bays (the three on the south end being more widely spaced) and six dormers. A green-painted cast-iron storefront faces Canal Street. There is a small Bank of America branch, a jewelry store, and a UPS store on the ground floor.
