Purpose built for the intricate design of the parade floats. A new 71,000-square-foot facility. The building will house elements of the famous Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade including balloons and floats. Other events that the new facility will service include the Macy's Flower Show, Macy's 4th of July Fireworks and Macy's Santaland.
