4-story, white-brick, Federal-style mercantile building completed shortly before 1820 as a 3.5-story dwelling. It was raised to 4 floors in 1877, and converted to commercial use in the late 1800s. It has three bays of windows with flat stone sills and lintels, and a bracketed metal roof cornice. A metal fire escape cover the right two bays.
