9-story office building completed in 1895. Designed by John T. Williams as a warehouse, it has a light-grey 2-story base with numerous floral designs on the piers as well as the narrow cast-iron pilasters and infill panels. The upper floors are clad in buff-colored brick with orange terra-cotta ornament, six bays wide on both facades. The entire top floor is faced in carved terra-cotta, and topped by a projecting, bracketed roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by IRO apparel.
