5-story Neo-classical office building completed in 1867. Designed by David & John Jardine as a store and warehouse, it is clad in white marble above a grey cast-iron storefront. Fleur-de-lis ornaments decorate the three bays of window arches, which become flatter on each floor. The building is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets and large modillions, and a rounded pediment in the center. The Broadway structure was joined with 78 Crosby on the opposite side of the block in 1872. That 3-bay facade has a cast-iron ground floor with fluted pilasters, and upper floors clad in grey brick. The windows have stone sills and lintels, and hinged remain from the now-removed exterior shutters. The facade is capped by a modest modillioned roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Steve Madden shoes.
