145-foot, 11-story Beaux-Arts office building completed in 1898. Designed by Brunner & Tryon, it has a 2-story limestone base with rusticated piers. The narrow Broadway facade is has three bays, while the long elevation on Spring Street spans seven bays of triple-windows. The entrance on Broadway is framed by a pair of Corinthian columns supporting an entablature topped by a cartouche. The 2nd floor has a large round-arch spanning the central two windows, and a smaller round-arch on either side, with intricate carvings above the arches. The base section is capped by a tall stone cornice. The 3rd floor has carved stone with fleur-de-lys and stone medallions on each pier, and is also topped by a cornice, although this one is more ornate. There are two round columns of polished granite on the Broadway side.

The shaft of the building has rusticated stone piers, with spandrel panels featuring dentils and carved swag. A projecting dentiled cornice runs above the 9th floor, which has stone cartouches at the top of each pier. The top floor has large round-arches with keystones, and carvings above each arch. The Broadway side also has a pair of round columns on either side of its single arch. The building is crowned on both sides by a prominent roof cornice with modillions and dentils. The ground and second floors are occupied by Eastern Mountain Sports.
