3-story mercantile building completed in 1856. It originally had 5 floors, sharing a common facade with 508 Broadway next door. It is now painted bright white, three bays wide, with a black cast-iron ground floor, where the fluted columns and pilasters have had the capitals removed. Like 508 Broadway, it has round-arched windows at the 2nd floor, and square-headed windows on the 3rd floor, with a rounded pediment on scrolled brackets above the center window. Interestingly, the sills from the windows of the former 4th floor have been left at the top of the facade. The building is occupied by MAC cosmetics.
