5-story residential building completed in 1890. Designed by George Keister. This narrow building has a chamfered corner to allow more light into the former tenement, with two bays facing West 4th Street. It is clad in orange brick with white stone trim, including quoins, lintels, and broken triangular pediments above the 4th floors windows. The building is crowned by a white metal roof cornice with modillions and dentils. The ground floor is occupied by Burrito Loco Mexican Grill.
