6-story Queen Anne-style office building completed in 1890, Designed by Schneider & Herter with a facade of red-painted brick, green terra-cotta spandrel panels, and black cast-iron. The black pilasters of the ground floor are repeated on the upper floors, where the windows are organized into four sections of three windows each, as well as two wider bays framed by red-painted brick piers that have segmental arches at the 2nd and top floors. A wide brick pier also divides the facade into two halves. The green terra-cotta spandrels have floral designs, and the piers have carved red terra-cotta ornament at the top of the 3rd floor, as well as the 4th & 6th. A black iron fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is topped by a bracketed roof cornice. Retail businesses on the ground floor include FedEx Office, a Chipotle restaurant, Deli & Cafe Cyber, and Papyrus greeting card/stationary store.
